The New Brunswick Maple Syrup Association's (NBMSA) Board of Directors oversees the management and financial aspect of the association's activities that are important to its member producers and associate members.

According to the NBMSA's by-laws and regulations, the Board of Directors is responsible for the association's strategic planning and governance, the revision and assessment of its human resources, the approval and monitoring of its annual budget, and the authorization of long term partnerships and agreements.
